Do you feel like you've lost your spark, your va-va-voom? Or that you get to the weekend, exhausted, only to start to relax and realise that you have to do it all again next week? Fear not, this long weekend focusses on YOU and helps you to discover your purpose, re-establish your boundaries and re-energise!

Through active-relaxation and wellness, coaching and self-reflection and some time off with likeminded people, we will support you in discovering your passion and finding your purpose! We are confident that you'll leave feeling inspired, re-energised and ready to take on the next challenge!

  • You'll spend the weekend with other driven professionals, so they'll be plenty of opportunities to learn, reflect and network with like-minded people.
  • You'll have the opportunity to spend down-time in the way that best suits you and your way of relaxing! No matter whether this is by journalling sat surrounded by nature, reading a book in your room or spending the evening having a laugh with the other Tribe members.
  • To truly be immersed in the process, we ask that, where possible, you try to leave your phone in your bag and get involved, helping you to switch off and prioritise yourself!
  • With a selection of activities, which we will practice with you during the event, you will return with a great toolkit of techniques, as well as continued support from our Tribe!

Day 1

Arrival at the accommodation between 1830-1915*, where you will be greeted with an arrival drink and your luxury gift bundle. You'll have time to get settled into your room before dinner, followed by a chance to get to know your fellow retreaters and your first active-relaxation session.

Day 2

Your morning will start with a gentle flow session, before a yummy and nutritious plant-based breakfast. The morning will comprise of confidence techniques and CoI discovery, before a delicious lunch to set you up for the afternoon. You will conduct motivation training and confidence discovery techniques, as well as targeted networking, before building on your active-relaxation techniques after dinner.

Day 3

Today will start with a leisurely morning of guided flow and activerelaxation. You'll undertake further learning about keystone, Ikigai discovery and an opportunity to get out in nature.

Day 4

A leisurely breakfast will complete the retreat and you'll leave feeling more confident, relaxed and with some great new friends. We hope you will join us at our Annual Conference in December!
